Delicious nutritious procrastination!
You can basically juice any combination of fruits and vegetables but here are our (colour coded) favourites…
What goes in
6 small carrots or 4 big ones
1 golden beetroot
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (or more if you want a serious kick!)
1/3 of a fennel
What to do
2. Chop it all into cubes (except for the spinach, and the ginger which is probably small enough to fit through itself)
3. Put through juicer
Mix this up by adding purple beetroot and/ or a handful of spinach instead to make rainbow juice!
Add a sprinkling of maca root/ turmeric or a few drops of Echinacea for added health benefits.
Try using the pulp leftover for baking a cake or roll it out in a baking tray and bake for 1 hour in the oven at 150°C to make vegetable crispy things…
